Heavy metal fans are getting ready for an indoor festival this autumn. FULL METAL JAPAN 2026 is bringing a lineup of international artists to Yokohama. This festival is organized with Wacken, a famous festival from Germany. The festival will happen over two days at Pia Arena MM. The event will take place on Saturday 24 October and Sunday 25 October 2026. It will have names from around the world and also some important Japanese bands. Day 1 and Day 2 Festival Lineup
I am thrilled that Day 1 begins on Saturday, 24 October with the Michael Schenker Group as the headline act. Following them will be the power metal giants Stratovarius, the Japanese heavy metal leaders Lovebites, the German power metal stalwarts Rage and the energetic guitar-and-vocal duo Gus G. And Ronnie Romero.
Day 2 keeps the power and symphonic metal theme on Sunday 25 October with the German powerhouse Powerwolf as the headline act. I can already feel the excitement building as the lineup also includes the Brazilian progressive power metal pioneers Angra, who will bring guests Kiko Loureiro and Edu Falaschi. The Japanese metal legends Loudness, the hard rockers Pretty Maids and the Brazilian power metal group Hibria, featuring guest appearances by Iuri Sanson and Renato Osorio are also, on the roster.

The closest transportation stops are Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line with Exit 1 and Sakuragicho Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and Negishi Line. Both of these stations are a 7-to-8-minute walk from the entrance of the venue. The arena is next, to Yokohama Landmark Tower.
